Kartoffeln – Nudeln – Reis

Was ist dran an der Behauptung:

Die Kohlehydrate, die sich im Körper als Zucker umwandeln (und dann als Fett gelagert werden), haben keine Wirkung wenn Kartoffeln, Nudeln und Reis 1 x abgekühlt sind.

Danach können sie warm oder kalt genossen werden, ohne Schaden anzurichten.

Stimmt das?
